Arya will listen to all the stories narrated by the assistant directors without hesitation. If the story is good but not suitable for him, he will suggest that for a suitable actor. Normally if a story is good, he will recommend it to his friends Jiiva and Vishal.

When Bala narrated the story of Avan Ivan, he immediately recommended Vishal. He brought Vishal to Bala’s office and introduced him. Vishal earned a good name after acting in this film. Because of this, when the director came to narrate the story of Samar, he felt that this role will be appropriate for Vishal.
Vishal also liked the story and acted in it. That film was an utter flop and from that day Arya has stopped listening stories for other actors. The reason is if the film he recommends is a hit, then there is no problem but if it becomes a flop then there are chances for rift in their relationship.
