Sequels to the films Aii, Jeans, Manmadhan and Kalakalappu are to be produced

In Tamil Industry there is always a fad of making sequels of the hit films. After the success of Ajith starrer Billa, a prequel to Billa was made. Surya starrer Singam was a great hit. A sequel to this film was made with the title Singam 2. Similarly the film Naan Avan Illai and Pizza had sequels.   

Currently Kamal starrer Vishwaroopam 2 is also under production. Similarly Arjun starrer Jai Hind 2 is also being produced. Jithan Ramesh is also making the second part of his film Jithan.  

At this juncture the second part of the films Aii, Jeans, Manmadhan and Kalakalappu are also being remade. The film Aii had Sarathkumar and Namitha were in the lead roles. Prasanth paired with Aishwarya in the film Jeans. The film Kalakalappu had Vimal and Anjali in the lead roles which Manmadhan had Simbhu in the cast. All these four films were a great hit. Now the second part of this film is being produced.
