Five big films to be released for Deepavali

Cinema buffs can really celebrate this Deepavali in a grand manner. The reason for this is five high budgeted films are being released for Deepavali.

They are Arambam which has the combination of Ajith- Vishnuvardhan, Erandam Ulagam which has Arya in the lead role directed by Selvaraghavan, Karthi starrer All In All Azhagu Raja, Simbhu starrer Vaalu and Vikram Prabhu starrer Ivan Vera Mathiri.

In 1980s and 1990s, five to six films will be released on Deepavali and Pongal festivals. These days only two films are being released during the festival season.

The reason for this is that a single film is being screened in maximum number of theatres. In Tamil Nadu a film is being screened in more than 700 theaters.

Out of the five films that are supposed to be released for Deepavali only two films are in the final stages. Though Ajith’s Arambam has good opening, the post production is still pending.

The shooting of All In All Azhagu Raja which has Karthi in the lead role has been completed. The post production work is going on in top gear. The graphic work and special effects of Erandam Ulagam is yet to be completed. The shooting of Simbhu starrer Vaalu is yet to be completed. The shooting of Ivan Vera Mathiri is to be completed soon.

The theatre owners have announced that priorities will given for the films that has been certified with U certificate one week before its release.
