Nayanthara dons the role of a middle income group girl in Idhu Kathirvelan Kadhal
Idhu Kathirvelan Kadhal has producer Udhayanidhi Stalin the lead role. Nayanthara is pairing with him. S R Prabhakar who directed Sundarapandian is directing this film. The second schedule shooting of this film commenced in Karaikudi.
